Qigong Class

September marks both National Self-Care Awareness Month and National Suicide Prevention Month. I invite you to join me in welcoming certified Qigong instructor Lee Brasche for an introductory class. This session will guide participants through the fundamental concepts of Qigong, focusing on breath, posture, movement, and mindfulness. It is open to individuals of all skill levels who can follow instructions and maintain basic postures independently.

Please wear clothes and shoes that allow for movement. Tea will be served after the class.
