💥 It’s time we stop whispering about perimenopause and start celebrating it—loud, proud, and together.

Please help me welcome Stacy Antos, a Self-Care Strategist who is calling attention to this matter because she knows how often women’s self-care routines get sidelined during this stage. She wants to create space for women to be seen, supported, and empowered.

On Monday, September 22nd, Stacy will be hosting 'Pause & Pour' at the Crown & Thistle Tea Room. She is excited to collaborate with Katie Vanderpool from Mary Kay Cosmetics, Rebecca Bradley, the owner of Crown & Thistle and a mental health advocate, and personal trainer Kristin Jackson. Together, they aim to combine resources, empowerment, and celebration in a memorable event.
