All of the teas listed are available for purchase in our Tea Shop.
Green
Bangkok - A combination of green tea, lemon grass, coconut and ginger.
Cherry Moon - China Sencha with hibiscus, rosehips, apple pieces, orange peel and naturalcherry flavoring.
De-Caff Green - Naturally decaffeinated and organic single estate tea from India.
Chinese Flower - A beautiful blend of green teas and three types of flowers accented with citrus flavors - a joy for the eye and palate.
Citron Green - The delicate citrus flavor and beautiful orange flowers provide a gentle introduction into the world of green tea.
Fiji - Deep broad and rewarding, lush green tea combined with wild pineapple and papaya.
Japan Sencha - Often used in tea ceremonies this tea is smooth with reasonable depth and body.
Moroccan Mint - A traditional blend of gunpowder green tea and spearmint.
Smart Tart - Hibiscus loaded with vitamin C and green tea - a mental stimulant!

Tisane  - Any tea that is made with herbs other than true tea, all are caffeine free.
Ambrosia - Sweet, pleasant and smooth - apple, chocolate bits, vanilla, mango and rooibos.
Berry Berry - A full flavoured tea with berry notes - currants, raisins, hibiscus petals, rosehips .
Chaucer’s Cup - A warm fragrant infusion of spices & fruit reminiscent of a traditional mulled spice cider. Apple, mango, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, ginger, fruit and spices.
English Tea Garden - Spearmint, lemon grass, chamomile, raspberry, passion flower, elder flower and berries, rosebuds, orange flowers and linden.
Mint Julep - The ultimate mint tea, spearmint, peppermint and raspberry leaves for body.

Rooibos/African Red Bush Tea  - Full of antioxidants and minerals, caffeine free!
Blueberry Bang Rooibos - Fresh fruit character that conjures memories of flavorful blueberries.
Bourbon Street Vanilla Rooibos - Vanilla flavoring gives this a wonderful exotic jazzy depth.
Candy Ginger Peach Rooibos - Refreshing early summer peach notes with hints of light ginger.
Creme Au Caramel Rooibos - The opening bars are sweet toffee notes building to a full symphonic caramel - an ‘I want more!’ finish. (Our most popular tea to date!)
New Lugiano Palamisu - A wonderful Coffee-Amaretto flavor.
Rainbow Rooibos - The profile of this tea is a pot of gold - a fruit medley with Amaretto notes.
Raspberry in Paris - If you love raspberries you must try this incredible tea!
Rooibos (plain red bush tea) - The cup is fruity with sweet notes and is reddish orange in colour.
Sunshine Lemon Rooibos - The lemon invigorates the rooibos taste.
White Swiss Truffle Rooibos - Exquisite sweet chocolate explodes at the first sip and tidbits of mint meander throughout.

Black
New Apple Spice - Delightfully fresh apple character with delicious cinnamon notes.
Assam organic - Robust, hearty and full bodied. (one of our strongest teas).
Baltimore Clipper - An “historical re-creation” of the china tea carried during the golden years of the American clipper ship - blended black and green teas.
Black Raven -A black currant blend, darkly delicious.
Buccaneer - A profusion of flavours - coconut, chocolate, vanilla, rooibos and black tea.
Buckingham Palace Garden Party Tea - Full flavour with medium body - delicate Earl Grey and Jasmine notes - bright with a golden coppery colour and perfect for afternoon settings.
Buttered Rum - Full taste of rum mellowed with creamy smoothness, perfect on a wintery day.
Canton Spice Tea - Full of romance and discovery this unique lemon blend contains cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and ginger.
Caribe - Black and green teas blended with hibiscus, guava, coconut, strawberry and then accented with marigolds and cornflowers. A trip to the islands in a teacup!
Centennial Peach - Luscious peach flavor!
New Chocolate Orange - Spanish orange highlighted with lascivious Belgian white chocolate notes.
Cranberry Autumn - Black tea flavored with cranberries and orange bits.
Cream Earl Grey - Our flavour Earl Grey mellowed with a delicious creamy taste.
ChocolaTea - Chocolate with hints of vanilla accompanied by rooibos and rich velvet black tea.
Ceylon organic - Long slender leaves steep to a lovely, medium bodied, mildly nutty cup.
New Cupid’s Arrow - Cherry, vanilla and almond make a tart/rich/nutty ambrosia flavour.
Della Robbia - Plum, apple, pear and hazelnut blended with black tea.
Darjeeling - Amber liquor, with a delicate but full bodied flavour. The champagne of teas.
English Breakfast - A perfect breakfast tea with a good body and full tea flavour.
English Breakfast D - A decaffeinated full bodied tea with some fruity notes.
Earl Grey Supreme - A higher grade of tea with the addition of silver tips. If you love bergamot
and fine tea, this is a blend for you.
Earl Grey D - A full flavour decaffeinated cup tending bright with excellent Earl Grey notes from natural oil of bergamot.
Florence - A decadent blend of chocolate and hazelnut.
Honey Lemon - A wonderful balm for the spirit - like a hug when you need it.
Hot Cinnamon Spice - A blend of black teas, three types of cinnamon, orange peel and sweet cloves. (One of the best cinnamon teas ever!)
Irish Breakfast - A stout blend of February Kenya BPI and 2nd flush Assam. Full bodied.
Irish Breakfast D - Decaffeinated at the green leaf stage and then processed normally.
Irish Cream - Creamy smooth character that evokes thoughts of the Emerald Isle.
Jasmine - Fresh jasmine flowers are added to produce a delicate and fragrant brew.
Keemun Panda #1 - A winey and fruity tea with depth and complexity; takes milk well.
Lapsang Souchong - A superior leaf offering a crisp character with the remarkable and heady aroma of an oak fire. Certainly a unique tea.
New Lychee -Accented with the Chinese Lychee fruit, this is a delightful full flavored tea.
Mango Magnus - Fine black leaf tea combined with sweet aromatic mango.
Margaret’s Hope - From one of Darjeeling’s best known estates this is an excellent tea.
Monk’s Blend - One of our most flavorful teas. The dramatic combination of vanilla and grenadine ensures a particularly satisfying cup.(Our house tea)
Monk’s Blend Decaf - Same brilliant flavor but decaffeinated!
Orange Spice - Flavoury character of Florida oranges and fresh cinnamon with black tea.
Oolong Formosa- Smooth and slightly sweet; toasty with a touch of dryness.
Paris - An homage to one of the most popular blends in Paris; a fruity black tea with a hint of lemon bergamot.
Peach Melba - Incomparable blend of peach, vanilla, and raspberry inspired by Escoffier’s desert of the same name.
Pomegranate and Rosehip - A rich and healthy blend that is very refreshing. Lots of Vitamin C!
Pumpkin Spice - Notes of cinnamon and pumpkin abound to taste like autumn in the north.
Queen Catherine - A blend created from three Chinese black teas in honor of Queen Catherine, who introduced her love of tea to the British. (Panyang congu, Keemun, Yunnan)
Queen Elizabeth - Piquant flavour from tea estates in South India and Ceylon that is superbly combined with malty Assam and toasty Darjeeling. Royally suited for afternoons.
Queen Mary - A bracing tea from the world’s top tea gardens. Good flavour tempered with malty and floral notes.
New Rose Congou - This tea is layered 5 times with rose petals which give the tea a delicate and rose ethereal character.
Scottish Breakfast -Ffull bodied character with bright flavoury notes and hints of caskiness. A bracing Highlander’s cup of tea.
Spiced Apricot - The intoxicating aroma of apricots and seasoning of cloves combine with the smooth richness of soft cinnamon to make an all season favorite.
New Valentine’s Blend - Chocolate tea with rosebuds - a treat anytime!
Versailles Lavender Earl Gray - French #1 super blue lavender transports a floral harvest in Provence to a simply intoxicating Earl Grey, creating a delightful synergy of two cultures.

Chai Traditionally prepared with milk and honey (a water only version may be requested)
Cha Cha Chai - An award winning Masala chai. Rich, warming and generous.
De-Caf Chai - Robust and full flavored with an intoxicating masala spice character. Mandela Masala - Warm, spicy and caffeine free, this tisane contains cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger, pepper and rooibos. (this Chai is made with water, not milk due to the citrus nature of rooibos)
Tiger Chai - Nilgiri black tea with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves and black pepper.
Vanilla Chai - A classic Chai blend with velvet vanilla overtones.

White
Pai Mu Tan organic
- Smooth and flowery with a hint of earthiness. (A very light tea)

Keemun Hoa Ya ‘A’ - Complex and subtle. Excellent full bodies winey character with oakey notes. The Queen of England’s favorite tea.
